Kathmandu — Netra Bikram Chand Biplav, General Secretary of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP), has announced a mass gathering in Kathmandu on Kartik 20 (November 5). A recent meeting of the Biplav-led NCP decided to organize this large-scale public assembly on that date.
The party stated that the gathering aims to unite people in the pursuit of national progress with dignity and to safeguard sovereignty.
