Kathmandu — The price of gold has surged to an all-time high in a single day. It increased by NPR 8,100 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold on Tuesday was set at NPR 248,500 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver also rose on Tuesday, reaching NPR 2,325 per tola.
