Thimphu — Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed anger over the blast that occurred in Delhi. Responding to the incident, he stated that the conspirators involved will not be spared. He is currently on an official visit to Bhutan and made these remarks during a speech there.
At the beginning of his address, Prime Minister Modi said, “I have come here today with a heavy heart. The horrific incident that took place in Delhi last evening has deeply saddened everyone. The conspirators behind this act will not be spared.”
He further added, “I was in contact throughout the night with all the agencies involved in the investigation and with key individuals. Deliberations were ongoing, and pieces of information were being connected. Our security agencies will get to the root of this conspiracy. We are not weak. We will extract the culprits even from beneath the ground and water.”
