Kathmandu – Amid the worsening cooking gas shortage, Nepal Oil Corporation has announced that today, Sunday, LPG cylinders will be sold at seven locations across the Valley.
According to the notice, distribution will take place at the corporation’s Teku office, Chhapali Animal Service Branch, Radhaswami Kirtipur, Tarkeshwor Municipality premises, New Baneshwor Judo Hall, Chandragiri Municipality office, and the National Tuberculosis Center in Thimi.
Sales will run from 11 AM to 5 PM. The corporation has clarified that only those in urgent need may purchase gas, and buyers must present either their citizenship certificate or national identity card. The notice also specifies the names of the gas companies whose cylinders will be available.
