Prakash Kafle/Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Bishwaraj Pokharel has secured victory in Okhaldhunga with a razor-thin margin of just five votes.
Former AIG Pokharel received 13,953 votes, narrowly defeating Nepali Congress candidate Kumar Luintel, who garnered 13,948 votes.
Meanwhile, Ambir Babu Gurung, the candidate from the Nepal Communist Party (NCP), finished third with 11,296 votes.
