Representatives of Shahidnagar Youth Forum, led by Lalbabu Mandal, submitted a memorandum to the District Administration Office, Yadukuha. The team included engineers Naresh Yadav, Rakesh Yadav, Anmol Bhandari, and Jhagaru Yadav.
They raised concerns that playing obscene songs on loudspeakers during the Chhath festival increases noise pollution and affects social harmony. The memorandum demanded strict regulation of loudspeakers, a complete ban on obscene songs, and enhanced security measures.
The administration has confirmed receipt of the memorandum and said it will coordinate with local authorities and security agencies to take appropriate action.
