Kathmandu- A 68-year-old woman, Pavitra KC, was murdered in Khahare Thapagaun, Chandragiri Municipality-1. Police have arrested 32-year-old Saroj Thapa in connection with the killing.
According to police, the victim was struck on the head with a dao (traditional cleaver). The motive behind the murder is still under investigation. The body has been sent to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital for postmortem.
