A five-member constitutional bench held that the claims will be addressed during the final hearing of the case, and therefore, there is no immediate need for an interim order.

The bench also ordered the Office of the Attorney General to submit a written response within seven days to the President’s Office, explaining the legal grounds for why the requested order should not be issued.
