On Monday, a bench comprising Justices Nahakul Subedi and Nrip Dhwaj Niraula delivered the order following Bhusal’s petition.
Bhusal had been arrested for making incendiary statements on social media. Previously, the Supreme Court had issued a show-cause order in the name of the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the case.
On Kartik 16, Bhusal posted threats on social media, stating he would surround the homes of former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, former Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, and former Kathmandu Chief District Officer Chhabi Rizal.
He also warned about potential missile attacks, which led to his arrest.
