Kathmandu — Dr. Ramji Ram, who rose from a marginalized and underprivileged background to become a medical doctor, is being discussed as a potential candidate for Health Minister in the interim government. Some media outlets have reported that four new ministers are expected to take the oath of office on Monday.

However, Dr. Ram, currently serving at Chandranigahpur Hospital, clarified that he has not yet received any official proposal for the ministerial post. “So far, no one has approached me about becoming a minister,” he said, adding, “If such an offer comes, I am ready.”
