During a program organized by the National Defense GenZ Revolutionary Struggle Committee and Peace Supporters at Samvad Dabali, they alleged that the interim government has become a protector of the old political parties’ failed policies.
Pushpa Ghale from the British Gurkha Justice Campaign demanded that Karki resign immediately for working against the movement’s mandate. Gen Z advisor Dr. Amod Damjan argued that the government has fallen into the trap of traditional parties, making real change impossible.
Political analyst Lahanu Ram Chaudhary said Gen Z’s uprising is a result of decades of corruption by major parties, while NRN UK President Prem Gahamagar warned against the influence of foreign intelligence agencies like RAW and the CIA in Nepal’s instability.
Organizer Yuvraj Jung Thapa claimed that Karki was appointed prime minister on the army’s recommendation to weaken the Gen Z movement. The speakers reiterated their demand to replace the current administration with a “scientific and authentic Gen Z government” to lead Nepal toward a new era.
