Dr. Ghimire had been an active member of RSP’s law and policy departments, contributing to the drafting of party statutes and legal frameworks. He played a key role in reviewing existing laws related to Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs) and proposing amendments to strengthen their legal connection with Nepal.
He had also urged RSP to take the lead in initiating constitutional and legal reforms. Although he served as a legal expert in Rabi Lamichhane’s cooperative case at Kaski District Court, he was not involved in other legal cases filed against Lamichhane elsewhere.
