Kathmandu: The price of gold has dropped by Rs. 5,900 per tola on the occasion of Dhanteras.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold, which stood at Rs. 288,900 per tola on Thursday, has fallen to Rs. 283,000 per tola today.
Similarly, the price of silver has also declined by Rs. 110 per tola. Silver, which was traded at Rs. 3,920 per tola on Thursday, is now priced at Rs. 3,810 per tola.
