China has accelerated road clearance and restoration work on the damaged section of the G216 national highway connecting Gyirong Town with Gyirong Port in southwest China’s Xizang Autonomous Region.
State-owned engineering and rescue company China Anneng continued operations on Sunday to restore the final few kilometers of the damaged highway leading to Gyirong Port.
