Among the 17 SIM cards used, six were bought in Kanpur, India, including two registered under IDs from Nepal’s Bhekaniganj. The car involved in the blast is also registered in the name of the accused, Amir Rashid Ali.

The NIA produced Amir in a Delhi court on Monday, placing him in 10-day judicial custody. The probe points to cross-border links between Nepal and India in the terror plot.
