Kathmandu. 8 people died when a car hit a group of people in Texas, USA. International media reported that a group of people were hit by a car at a bus stop near a shelter for homeless and immigrants.

The BBC reports that the incident took place at 8:30 in the morning in the city of Brownsville, near the Mexican border. A group of around 20 people waiting for a bus was hit by a car. The police have detained the car driver and are conducting further investigations.
