According to GenZ Movement spokesperson Vijay Shah, Ghising and Silwal allegedly manipulated the procurement deal even before Silwal’s appointment, inflating costs and imposing additional financial burdens on the state. The complaint also highlights potential conflicts of interest within the commission that may have prevented an independent investigation.

The purchase deal reportedly caused the state a direct loss of nearly Rs 43 crore. The Gen Z Movement has urged CIAA to immediately investigate and hold the responsible officials accountable.
