Kathmandu — The government has made public 25 key decisions from Tuesday’s Cabinet meeting. During a briefing at the Ministry of Communication on Wednesday, government spokesperson and Minister for Communication and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel outlined the major decisions.
The Cabinet has appointed Dr. Kalpana Kumari Shrestha as the Executive Director of the Shahid Dharmabhakta Organ Transplant Centre. Similarly, Amritman Shrestha has been assigned as the Acting Executive Director of Nepal Airlines until a new arrangement is made.
The government has also promoted two major generals of the Nepal Army to lieutenant general, approved changes to the Armed Police Force regulations, and forwarded several ordinances to the president for approval.
