Kathmandu. On Monday, the price of gold and silver declined. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, gold fell by 1,300 rupees per tola and silver by 35 rupees per tola.
For the day, the federation set the price of gold at 299,700 rupees per tola. The previous day, it was traded at 301,000 rupees per tola. Last Monday, gold was priced at 296,700 rupees per tola.
Similarly, silver dropped by 35 rupees per tola today, settling at 5,190 rupees. The previous day, it was 5,225 rupees per tola. Last Monday, silver was traded at 4,900 rupees per tola.
