Kathmandu — The Department of Foreign Employment has published the names and details of individuals accused of fraud in foreign employment. Under the directive of newly appointed Minister for Labour, Employment, and Social Security, Deepak Kumar Sah, the department released the list of those involved in personal fraud cases.
According to the department, between February 29 and March 30, 2026 (Falgun 17 to Chaitra 17, 2082), more than 346 names were made public. The Investigation and Litigation Section compiled the list of defendants in foreign employment fraud cases. The department announced it will now publish updates every three days on its website, including the names, addresses, and amounts involved. This is the first time such a list has been publicly released covering one month’s complaints.
