Kathmandu – The government has announced a public holiday on Wednesday (Asoj 1) to honor those who lost their lives during the Gen Z movement protests.
According to a notice issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on Tuesday, Monday’s Cabinet meeting decided to observe a national day of mourning, lowering the national flag to half-mast at all government offices in Nepal and Nepali embassies abroad.
