Police have arrested three Indian nationals with around 11.27 kilograms of marijuana at the customs area of Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
According to DIG and Police Spokesperson Vinod Ghimire, the arrested individuals are 50-year-old Salim Ibrahim Ansari, 24-year-old Rehan Mohammad Ajaz Sheikh, and 32-year-old Zainab Bashir.

They had arrived in Kathmandu from Bangkok via an AirAsia flight. A joint team from the Airport Security Office and Customs Department discovered the drugs during a routine inspection. The suspects have been handed over to the Narcotics Control Bureau for further investigation.
