According to an official notice, the full meeting of the Supreme Court on Thursday decided to resume all pending services and hearings related to cases that were unaffected by the fire and destruction.

The notice states, “Since the case files were saved from destruction, all hearings scheduled before the incident will resume as normal from Mangsir 1.” It further adds that other pending cases will be processed and heard in accordance with legal procedures.

The court has also decided to resume registration and hearings of all types of cases, including appeals, review petitions, and rehearing requests, that were suspended due to the service disruption.

This decision is expected to restore the judicial process and ensure that citizens regain timely access to justice after a prolonged interruption.
