Kathmandu — Journalist and Radio Audio FM operator Dipendra Khaniya has been found dead at his residence in Baneshwor. According to SP Pawan Kumar Bhattarai of Kathmandu Police, his body was discovered around 12 PM on Sunday, hanging from a wire on the house balcony.

Police have conducted an on-site inspection and sent the body to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj for postmortem.

Khaniya, a resident of Thapagaun, Baneshwor, was the operator of Radio Audio FM. Police are investigating the incident further.
