Samuel fled the scene but was later found by police at his Woodford home with his car damaged. Acting Nepali Ambassador Bipin Duwad noted that Samuel’s admission is a positive step toward justice for the victim’s family. Samuel is scheduled to be sentenced on February 12, 2025.
