Janakpurdham — Following the dismissal of Madhesh Speaker Ramchandra Mandal, a multi-party meeting has decided to remove his contractual staff and take several other important actions.
The meeting also decided to request police investigation into the electricity outage that occurred before the confidence discussion on the impeachment of the Speaker.
Additionally, provincial assembly employees who obstructed the impeachment process from registration to passage will be asked for clarification.
The meeting, convened by Deputy Speaker Babita Raut Ishar, was attended by controversial Chief Minister and UML parliamentary leader Sarojkumar Yadav.
