Kathmandu — The Supreme Court has ordered Prime Minister Sushila Karki to submit a written explanation on why contempt of court action should not be taken against her.
Advocate Dr. Premraj Silwal had filed a petition alleging that the government failed to comply with the court’s order regarding the withdrawal of an ambassador.
A bench of Justices Hari Phuyal and Abdul Aziz Musalman, after hearing the petition, instructed PM Karki to provide a written response.
