Kathmandu-Baijhari Bhattarai, 52, chairman of the Koteshwor Mahadevsthan Temple Management Committee, was found dead in the Bagmati River at Shankhamul. Authorities say preliminary investigations suggest he may have drowned after consuming alcohol.
