Kathmandu — President Ramchandra Paudel has been hospitalized at the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center in Maharajgunj after experiencing health issues on Saturday morning.

According to the hospital’s Executive Director, Prof. Dr. Ratnamani Gajurel, the President’s health condition is stable and he is currently undergoing routine medical examinations.

“The President is undergoing medical evaluation, and his condition is normal,” read the official hospital statement.

President Paudel was scheduled to hold talks with representatives of the Gen-Z movement at the Presidential Office on Saturday morning. However, the meeting was postponed after he felt unwell and was taken to the hospital.

Doctors have advised the President to take rest for a few days, and the meeting with the Gen-Z delegation has been rescheduled for Monday.
