Kathmandu — Gold prices in Nepal have reached a historic high once again this Wednesday. On Tuesday, hallmark gold was traded at NPR 235,400 per tola. Today, the price has jumped by NPR 2,600, reaching NPR 238,000 per tola.
The rate for 10 grams of hallmark gold today is NPR 204,045 — the highest ever recorded in the Nepali market.
Meanwhile, silver prices have dropped by NPR 5 per tola, bringing it down to NPR 2,955 per tola. The price for 10 grams of silver is set at NPR 2,533.50 today.
