Kathmandu – The price of gold in the Nepali market reached a new record high on Thursday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold has climbed to NPR 250,900 per tola (approximately 11.66 grams), marking the highest rate ever recorded. On the previous day, Wednesday, gold was traded at NPR 248,900 per tola.

Silver Price Also Rises
Silver prices have also increased. On Wednesday, silver was traded at NPR 3,240 per tola, and by Thursday, it had risen to NPR 3,275 per tola, according to the federation.
As of Tuesday, the price of gold per 10 grams was NPR 215,105, while silver per 10 grams was trading at NPR 2,808.
