Kathmandu – The Department of Transport Management has decided to open advance ticket booking for Dashain. The decision was made following a multi-party discussion at the department on Tuesday and consists of 19 points.
The date for booking has not yet been specified. Bookings will also be available online.

Additionally, heavy vehicles, except those carrying essential goods, will be prohibited from operating on the Narayanghat–Kathmandu route from Asoj 6 to 20. Route permits will be suspended nationwide from Ghatsthapana to Purnima.
