Police have arrested 22-year-old Bicky Kumar Mahato for allegedly being involved in online betting and cryptocurrency transactions.
Mahato, originally from Sarlahi, had been living in Kathmandu-32. Police found him walking suspiciously in Maitighar and discovered his alleged involvement during a search.
According to police, he used 1xBet and Mobcash for online betting and traded cryptocurrencies, including USDT, with transactions exceeding Rs 33.8 million. He was arrested with a mobile phone, and further investigation is underway.
