Shram Sanskriti Party lawmaker Dhruvraj Rai made a brief remark during Thursday’s House of Representatives meeting.
After requesting time to speak, Rai said, ‘Mr. Speaker, it is the same matter, thank you.’
His seven-word remark drew laughter from Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal and other lawmakers before the speaker continued with the Zero Hour proceedings.
