Kathmandu: Motorola has unveiled its new premium flagship smartphone, the Motorola Signature 27, for the global market, positioning it as a potentially more affordable alternative, Cheper Price to the iPhone 18 Pro Max. The phone features Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset, which the company says will deliver powerful gaming and AI performance.
The Signature 27 comes with a quad-camera setup featuring a 200MP periscope telephoto camera and a 50MP main camera. It will be available in Pantone Coal Smoke and Pantone Capulet Olive, and will feature Bang & Olufsen audio tuning for the first time.
Running on Android 17, Motorola promises seven years of OS and security updates. For enhanced privacy and security, the phone will also support GrapheneOS, reportedly making it the first smartphone outside Google Pixel to offer the support. The phone is expected to launch globally in the fourth quarter of 2026. While its official price has not yet been announced, its starting price is estimated to be around $1,299 based on its premium features.
