The Supreme Court has rejected a writ petition seeking to stop the Nepali Congress’s 15th general convention. Advocate Maniram Upadhyay, who claims to be a party member, filed the petition.
A bench led by Justice Abdul Aziz Musalman upheld the Supreme Court administration’s decision to reject the registration of the writ.
