Kathmandu – On the occasion of Teej festival, the price of gold and silver has declined. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, compared to Sunday, the price of hallmark gold fell by NPR 1,100 per tola on Monday, fixing the rate at NPR 301,100. On Sunday, the price had risen by NPR 1,200, reaching NPR 302,200 per tola.
Similarly, silver prices also dropped. On Monday, silver was traded at NPR 4,620 per tola, down NPR 40 from Sunday’s price of NPR 4,660, which had increased by NPR 60 the previous day.
