Police have arrested two people from Bhaktapur on Thursday for allegedly black-marketing cooking LPG gas.
Twenty-five-year-old Umesh Shah, operator of Sarlahi General Store in Suryabinayak-3, Brahmanagar, was arrested after police found 75 filled Himal Gas cylinders at his shop. He was allegedly selling each cylinder for NPR 2,800.

In a separate operation, 41-year-old Rajesh Karmacharya was arrested from Itachhe, Bhaktapur Municipality-2, with 14 Sagar Gas cylinders.
Both suspects were taken to the District Police Range Bhaktapur for further investigation.
