Kathmandu — Leader of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) and former Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara has announced his departure from active politics.
On Thursday, issuing a statement, Mahara declared that he is stepping away from active political responsibilities. Speaking to, he explained that due to health reasons, he has decided to separate himself from the party’s active duties.
