Prakash Kafle/Kathmandu Ranju Darshana (Nyaupane), the candidate of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has won the House of Representatives election from Kathmandu Constituency-1. According to the latest vote count, she has secured a significant lead over her competitors. Since her lead is greater than the remaining votes to be counted, her victory has been confirmed. The Election Commission is yet to make the formal announcement. With this victory, the Rastriya Swatantra Party has opened its winning account in the parliamentary elections.
