Prakash Kafle/Kathmandu. In the ongoing vote count in Chitwan Constituency–2, Chairperson of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, Rabi Lamichhane, is leading with a significant margin.
According to the latest update, after 6,623 votes have been counted, Lamichhane has secured 2,801 votes, maintaining the lead.
Following him in second place is Communist Party of Nepal (UML) candidate Asmin Ghimire, who has received 1,259 votes so far.
Similarly, Pratap Gurung from the Communist Party of Nepal has secured 1,151 votes, while Meena Kharel of the Nepali Congress has received 916 votes.
The vote counting is still ongoing, according to the election office.
