Kathmandu. Today, the price of gold has increased by 900 per tola. Silver, however, has decreased by 40 rupees per tola.
On Tuesday, the price of gold in the Nepali market continued to rise. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of hallmark gold increased by 900 rupees per tola, reaching 305,500 rupees per tola. On the previous trading day, Monday, hallmark gold was priced at 304,600 rupees per tola.
Meanwhile, the price of silver slightly declined on Tuesday. On Monday, silver was priced at 5,250 rupees per tola, but on Tuesday it dropped to 5,240 rupees per tola, according to the Federation.
The Federation also reported that on Tuesday, the price of gold per 10 grams stood at 261,920 rupees, while silver per 10 grams was trading at 4,493 rupees.
