Kathmandu – The price of gold in the Nepali market fell on Friday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold decreased by NPR 4,200 per tola, settling at NPR 291,000. On Thursday, the price had been NPR 295,200 per tola.
Similarly, silver prices also dropped. On Thursday, silver was traded at NPR 5,980 per tola, but on Friday it fell to NPR 4,710 per tola, the federation reported.
As of Friday, the price of gold per 10 grams stands at NPR 249,485, while silver per 10 grams is being traded at NPR 4,038.
