Kathmandu: On Monday, the price of gold in the Nepali market fell significantly once again. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold decreased by NPR 13,400 per tola, settling at NPR 286,600.
On the previous trading day, Sunday, the price of hallmark gold had been NPR 300,000 per tola. Similarly, the price of silver also declined on Monday. The Association stated that silver, which was NPR 5,500 per tola on Sunday, dropped to NPR 5,200 per tola.
As per the Association, on Monday the price of 10 grams of gold stood at NPR 245,715, while the price of 10 grams of silver was NPR 4,458.
