Kathmandu. The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred 12 joint secretaries and one under-secretary through a ministerial-level decision made by Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal on Friday.

Among them, 11 joint secretaries have been assigned as chief district officers, while Nuwakot CDO Shashidhar Ghimire has been appointed director general of the Prison Management Department.
