Kathmandu. A pedestrian, estimated to be around 60 years old, died during treatment after being hit by a motorcycle in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32.

According to the Valley Traffic Police Office, the unidentified man was seriously injured in the accident late Monday night and was rushed to the National Trauma Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Police have taken the motorcycle rider into custody and are conducting further investigation into the incident, said traffic police spokesperson and Superintendent Naresh Raj Subedi.
