Kathmandu: The price of gold has increased in the Nepali market on Friday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold has risen by NPR 3,500 per tola, reaching NPR 256,600. On the previous day, Thursday, gold was traded at NPR 253,100 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver has also gone up. On Thursday, silver was traded at NPR 3,805 per tola, which has increased to NPR 3,905 per tola today (Friday), according to the Federation.
As per the Federation, the price of gold per 10 grams on Friday is NPR 219,995, while silver is being traded at NPR 3,348 per 10 grams.
