Kathmandu – The father of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah, Ram Narayan Shah, has passed away. He died on Monday afternoon. On Sunday morning, he had been admitted to Civil Hospital in New Baneshwor, where he was being treated on a ventilator.
According to hospital sources, he had developed a urinary infection that spread throughout his body. Prime Minister Sushila Karki also visited him at the hospital on Monday morning.
