Kathmandu — Kulman Ghising, patron of Ujyalo Nepal Party and Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, met Kathmandu Mayor Balen Shah on Sunday.
Becoming increasingly active politically, Ghising shared their photo on Facebook, signaling cooperation on national development issues. He captioned the photo: “We stand together in the mission of nation-building.”
