Kathmandu: The price of gold in the Nepali market increased on Sunday. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, hallmark gold rose by Rs. 1,600 per tola, reaching Rs. 252,200 per tola. On the previous trading day, Friday, gold was traded at Rs. 250,600 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver also increased. On Friday, silver was traded at Rs. 3,345 per tola, but on Sunday it rose to Rs. 3,490 per tola, the association reported.
According to the association, on Sunday the price of 10 grams of gold stood at Rs. 216,220, while the price of 10 grams of silver was Rs. 2,992.
